FPT Sendo
We design an optimized partner app for Sendo Farm, along with a set of four marketing visuals: Banner, Popup, CRM, and Social Post—ensuring brand consistency and maximizing conversion efficiency
The Problem:
Many users struggle with registering and tracking the Sendo Farm partner referral program. They may not know where to start, face difficulties entering personal information, or be unsure how to monitor their progress after signing up. If the process is unclear, they might abandon it midway or fail to take full advantage of the program.
The Goal:
Simplify the registration process to make it more intuitive and user-friendly, allowing users to complete it quickly without obstacles. Additionally, provide clear guidance to help them enter accurate information easily. After registering, users should have a convenient way to check their details and track their progress in the program.
User research: summary
Sendo Farm partners face difficulties in registration and tracking due to an unclear process, complex interface, and lack of visual guidance. The research includes surveys, review analysis, behavioral tracking, and competitor comparisons to identify key issues: unclear onboarding, complicated registration forms, and a lack of a transparent tracking system.
User Story & Flow:

Users visit the registration page, download the app, or scan a QR code. Log in or create an account, then enter personal details. A popup introduces the program before the details page. Finally, easily track and check rewards.
